PRX-T33 is a medical-grade chemical peel that can rejuvenate your skin without actually causing it to peel. The main ingredient in this innovative peel is trichloroacetic acid (TCA). Unlike previous TCA peels, the PRX-T33 is designed to penetrate deep into the layers it targets without damaging the surface skin cells. This brings less visible peeling with all the benefits of a full TCA peel.
PRX-T33 was initially developed to treat scars on children. It offers an effective treatment with dramatic results and no downtime.
The PRX-T33 contains a combination of trichloroacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. The peel penetrates deep and acts on the epidermal layer down to the basal layer, stimulating it to regenerate and renew. It is able to remove toughened skin without damaging the epidermis.
First, your skin is cleansed to remove any dirt, makeup and oil. The PRX-T33 biorevitalization formula is then massaged into your skin with firm upward pressure until it is thoroughly absorbed. Depending on your goals, two to five applications will be completed until skin tightening is noticeable. Once that’s done, we wash and dry your face again and apply a nourishing moisturizer to protect and hydrate your skin.
The entire treatment process takes approximately 30 minutes.
